Individual Sessions (50 minutes) / $175

Family Sessions (60 minutes) / $200

INSURANCE 

Please contact your insurance provider to learn more about your individual out-of-network mental health care coverage prior to scheduling. Reimbursement for therapy services are not guaranteed. Missed session fees, extended sessions, and crisis appointments are generally not reimbursed by insurance.

 

I currently accept UHA and HMSA (PPO, Quest) insurance plans.

For out-of-network clients: Monthly super-bills are provided upon request.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment for therapy sessions are due in full at the time of services provided.

Sliding scale fees are available for self-pay clients for those with financial accessibility concerns and/or are underinsured. Sliding scale options are limited and available on a need-informed basis. A waitlist is kept for sliding scale appointments.

Payment options: Venmo, digital personal check/bank transfer. No credit cards, personal paper checks, or cash are accepted.
