Integrative Psychotherapy for Individuals, Youth, and Families

SERVICES

I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist proving individual and family counseling. I currently take self-pay clients, as well as those with UHA and HMSA (PPO, Quest) insurance plans. I offer sliding scale fees for self-pay clients who are underinsured or who have limited financial means.

MY APPROACH

My approach to therapy is holistic and culturally sensitive, taking into special consideration how chronic stress and trauma impacts both psychological and physiological well-being. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, new and expectant parents, and individual adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or traumatic stress.
